About Fruit Plus

This is the longer option to our Fruit Essentials team building program. It includes everything in Fruit Essentials, with additional time to: - Go deeper into real workplace scenarios - Strengthen collaboration across different working styles - Translate insights into practical, everyday behaviours Best suited to larger teams or those wanting more space for reflection, discussion, and real-world application.

After more than 30 years working with teams, I realised most of our challenges at work (and at home) aren’t really about skill or intelligence. They’re about differences in personality — how we think, communicate and approach the world.  I had first hand experience of my own strengths and flaws when I lost my first business in spectacular fashion. So when I’d picked up the pieces, these insights led me to create the FRUIT Personality Profiling Tool, a simple and memorable way to understand Apples, Mangoes, Limes and Bananas. I love teaching this work because the language is blameless and  once people see these patterns  everything starts to make sense.  The frustration drops, the laughter increases, and suddenly working with different personalities becomes much easier — and a lot more fun.
