About Fruit Essentials

FRUIT ESSENTIALS is a focused, high-impact program designed to introduce teams to the core principles of the FRUIT Personality system. In this group guided session, participants discover what makes each of us unique, explore why we see situations differently, and learn how those differences influence the way we communicate and work. Teams gain a clear understanding of the four personality styles—Apples, Mangoes, Bananas and Limes—and the strengths each brings to the workplace. Through practical insights and examples, participants begin to recognise their own preferences and better understand the people around them. Ideal for smaller teams or organisations wanting a clear, shared language, FRUIT ESSENTIALS provides practical tools that can be applied immediately to improve communication, reduce friction and help teams work together more effectively.

After more than 30 years working with teams, I realised most of our challenges at work (and at home) aren’t really about skill or intelligence. They’re about differences in personality — how we think, communicate and approach the world. I had first hand experience of my own strengths and flaws when I lost my first business in spectacular fashion. So when I’d picked up the pieces, these insights led me to create the FRUIT Personality Profiling Tool, a simple and memorable way to understand Apples, Mangoes, Limes and Bananas. I love teaching this work because the language is blameless and once people see these patterns everything starts to make sense. The frustration drops, the laughter increases, and suddenly working with different personalities becomes much easier — and a lot more fun.
